EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Our commitment is total satisfaction in the purchases made in our online store. Therefore, before shipping, our products undergo a strict quality control.
If you notice any divergence on delivery, we ask that you contact us by email sales@healthonmedicine.com and wait for instructions.
Any exchange and return request for commercialized products must be communicated by email to sales@healthonmedicine.com, before the products are returned to our company.
Efficiency will effect the exchange and accept the return of the product (s) purchased by its Customers, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Right.
The deadline for requesting an exchange or return is up to 7 (seven) consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt of the product.
Only the exchange or request for withdrawal of the product purchased by the Customer will be accepted if it is:
- Perfectly packaged in the original packaging;
- Accompanied by the manual and all accessories;
- No evidence of use or consumption.
Efficacy will only make the exchange or refund the products after confirming, in our online pharmacy, that the product is fit for exchange or return and refund. The product will undergo an evaluation to check whether the product has been used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, exchange or return and refund will not be possible.
The customer has 7 (seven) consecutive days, counting from the delivery of his purchase, to comment on the withdrawal or factory defect. We accept the withdrawal of the purchase of the product when there is no violation of the seal of the packaging of the product (s) or any indication of incorrect or careless use of the same. The refund process for cancellation of the purchase will only start after receiving the product with invoice at our professional address and checking its conditions. If there is no evidence of use, we will provide a refund of the amount paid for it or exchange it for another Product. Every exchange or return must be communicated for detailed instructions on the process.
FAULTS IN THE PRODUCT AND / OR VIOLATED PACKING:
If at the time of delivery of the product there is an apparent damage or the packaging is violated, the delivery must be refused, which will generate the return of the product to our professional address, generating the sending of a new product. In case the customer receives the damaged goods, it excludes subsequent responsibilities from the company. If delivery is made by carrier, upon delivery of the order, inform the carrier of the reason for the refusal. Your product will be returned to our professional address. It is of utmost importance that you immediately inform our call center about this refusal. The deadline for receiving the new product will basically depend on the zip code and the region of delivery / collection of the order and the chosen return method.
RULES FOR EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND:
EXCHANGES
After the return, if you have a desire to exchange the product you can choose another product of equivalent value or for different products whose final value is equivalent to the product returned.
To make the exchange you must send an e-mail to our Service Center by e-mail sales@healthonmedicine.com explaining the reason for the exchange and we will return you with instructions on how you will send the product back to us.
The product exchange will be carried out within 2 business days after receiving the product at our online pharmacy.
RETURNS
The product can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
To make the return you must send an e-mail to our Service Center by e-mail sales@healthonmedicine.com explaining the reason for the return that we will return with instructions on how you will send the product back to us.
To return a product you must pack the product in the original packaging and send it to us at the address that the Call Center will provide.
If you want to return the product due to misuse, we will not accept the product back.
Bearing in mind that, according to rule of the Consumer Protection, the consumer can withdraw from the contract, within 7 days from his signature or the act of receiving the product or service, whenever the contracting of supply of products and services occur outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.
REFUND
We have available forms of refund:
- Card reversal
- Bank account deposit
- Bank transfer
The method by which the amount will be returned depends on how the payment was made, after receiving the product at our company the amount will be refunded in:
- 30 working days for card refunds
- 30 working days for bank deposit
- 30 working days for bank transfer

RESHIPMENT POLICY
Delivery services for reshipment shall be paid by the customer. There will be no reshipment on lost or delayed packages with the regular mail service for the reason that the customer has the opportunity to avail himself of express shipping with a tracking number. The choice for regular mail is at the buyer’s discretion and risk.
REFUND POLICY
No refund shall be allowed once package has been dispatched. In the event of a refund, money transfer charges shall be borne by the buyer. We work for your convenience.
